Can I make recurring support payments?
Yes. The website provides recurring options every 3 days, weekly, and monthly through the secure Stripe billing flow.
Will I receive a receipt?
If you provide an email address, the website sends a thank-you message with a PDF receipt after a successful payment. The email is kept on yaqeenhelp.org and is not sent to Stripe.
Can I request a refund?
Refund requests may be reviewed in limited situations such as duplicate payments, technical errors, or unauthorized charges. Please review the Refund Policy and contact support.
How do I stop recurring support?
After a successful recurring payment, the website may provide a billing portal link. You can also contact support before the next billing cycle for help.
Is my payment secure?
Card details are collected through secure Stripe fields embedded on this page. The website does not claim to store full card details on its own server.
